Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will take every reasonable action to ensure that you are happy with our products and services.

Priority mail will be used for most domestic, home-based deliveries. UPS will be used for all domestic, store-based deliveries.

Prior authorization is required for returns. Please call 706-529- 2692 or fax 706-529-2692. Products must be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs to and from your address are non-refundable.

Should you need to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped you can simply return the product upon receipt.

Backorders are shipped unless cancelled in writing prior to packing.
